Job summary

ACG Growth Partners is seeking a Senior Financial Services Administrator to provide senior administrative support to a panel of approximately ten Financial Advisers in Cape Town. The role requires at least five years’ admin experience in financial services, Discovery experience, excellent organisational and communication skills, and fluency in English and Afrikaans; a reliable vehicle is required to service client visits.

This is a permanent position with an incentive structure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as an administrator supporting Financial Advisers.
• At least 1 year of Discovery experience.
• Experience in financial‑services or advisory sector.
• Experience supporting multiple Advisers.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and adviser requirements.
• Attention to detail and follow-through.
• Professional written and verbal communication.
• Fluency in English and Afrikaans.
• Own reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior administrative support to a panel of approximately ten Financial Advisers.
