Job summary

Headhunters in South Africa seeks a Financial Planning Admin Specialist to implement the client services experience and manage administrative processes in the Financial Planning practice. You will liaise with the Financial Planner Partner and product providers, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to regulatory requirements.

The role involves data discovery, on-boarding checks, and the preparation of client files, with responsibility for onboarding, transitions, and ongoing service

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in the financial services industry will be advantageous.
• Relevant tertiary education or courses.
• Understanding of FAIS and FICA legislation.

Responsibilities

• Implement client services as defined by the Head of Operations.
• Manage administrative processes and controls in Financial Planning practices.
• Liaise between Financial Planner Partner and product providers.
• Follow the formal complaint resolution process.
• Be the point of contact for clients and ensure timely delivery of requirements.
• Prepare client documentation and run data discovery and fact-finding.
• Capture and check client data and on-boarding in Xplan and related systems.
• Coordinate new business, underwriting, and lodgment processes with PPs.
• Support portfolio managers and CRMs with pre-population of mandates and applications.
