You will lead workshops, define requirements, and guide execution across banking operations, wealth management, or insurance domains, with a strong emphasis on delivering value and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related discipline.
• MBA or advanced degree is a significant advantage.
• 8+ years of experience in project management with a focus on business projects in financial services.
• Experience managing projects related to banking operations, wealth management or insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of key business projects in financial services.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resources across project phases.
• Collaborate with business, IT, and external vendors to define requirements.
• Develop detailed project documentation: business cases, charters, specs, reports.
• Identify risks, issues, dependencies and implement mitigation plans.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and decisions.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business outcomes.
• Manage change requests and scope creep, communicating impacts.
• Mentor junior project managers and team members to foster excellence.
