Financial Institution is seeking an experienced Senior Risk Manager to oversee financial markets risk operations in a fully remote role. Lead the development of risk frameworks, monitor market exposures, and ensure regulatory compliance with Basel III and related frameworks.

You will collaborate with trading desks, portfolio managers, and senior management to implement robust risk controls and models, driving strategic risk decisions in a flexible remote environment.

Formación

• Master's degree in a quantitative field and 7+ years of risk management experience.
• Deep knowledge of financial markets, instruments and trading strategies.
• Proficiency in quantitative analysis and statistical modeling.
• Experience with risk management systems such as Murex, Calypso and Bloomberg.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement risk management frameworks for financial markets.
• Monitor market risk exposures including interest rate, currency and equity risks.
• Assess and manage credit risk exposures arising from transactions and counterparties.
• Evaluate liquidity risk to ensure obligations are met.
• Maintain risk models, metrics and KRIs.
• Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis for resilience.
• Provide risk reporting to management and regulators.
• Collaborate with trading, operations and tech teams on controls and systems.
• Stay updated on Basel III and other regulatory changes.
