Qualifications

• CASA and registered Chartered Accountant in South Africa.
• Minimum of 10 years post-article experience in financial management.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and corporate finance.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing finance teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in financial management software and advanced MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
• Oversee preparation and presentation of financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and identify mitigations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
