Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) or equivalent professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA).
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial control, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and statutory compliance within the South African financial services industry.
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS and relevant banking regulations.
• Strong understanding of internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO).
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced proficiency in Excel.
