• Minimum of 6 years of experience in recruitment consultancy, Finance focus.
• Proven track record of placing senior finance professionals/executives.
• Deep knowledge of SA financial services talent landscape.
• Strong analytical, communication and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior finance roles including CFO/FD.
• Develop and execute sophisticated sourcing strategies for elite talent.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships in financial services.
• Assess candidates' financial acumen, leadership, and fit.
• Provide market insights and consultative advice on finance talent acquisition.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to firm’s finance recruitment IP.
