Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience with finance focus.
• Proven ability to source and place candidates in roles such as Accountants, Financial Analysts, CFOs, and Auditors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-relationship skills.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment databases.
• Strong understanding of financial qualifications and career paths.
• Ability to work independently and achieve set targets.
• Relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for finance roles, including sourcing, interviewing and placing.
• Develop and maintain relationships with finance sector clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Bloemfontein and wider Free State.
• Assess candidates' financial expertise, skills, and experience.
• Provide market insights on salary expectations and talent trends.
• Negotiate offers and coordinate onboarding for placed candidates.
• Stay informed on regulatory changes and economic factors affecting finance.
• Collaborate with team to share market intelligence.
