You will lead network design, deployment planning, performance analysis, and documentation, mentoring junior engineers and coordinating with vendors, field technicians, and project managers to ensure on-time delivery and standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Telecom Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in telecom network engineering focusing on fibre.
• Experience with DWDM, GPON, FTTx and IP routing.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize large-scale fibre optic networks.
• Oversee deployment planning, timelines, and budgets.
• Analyze performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize.
• Develop network documentation and diagrams.
• Lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.
• Ensure compliance with standards and vendor evaluations.
• Troubleshoot complex issues to minimize downtime.
• Stay updated on telecom technologies and best practices.
• Manage vendor relationships for equipment and tech.
