A Facilities Management Company in Gqeberha is seeking a Facilities Manager with extensive experience in managing service level agreements. The ideal candidate must hold a National Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management or a related field, along with 8 years' experience in relevant areas. A valid SA driver's license and proficiency in MS Office applications are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 8 years relevant experience in Facilities Management, CRM, Property Management & Financial Management.
• Valid SA Drivers License is required.
• Knowledge of OHS Act, ISO 9001 Quality Management, Risk Management Systems.

Responsabilités

• Manage back to back SLA agreements with suppliers and contractors.
• Monitor service providers’ performance and effect corrective actions on deviations.
• Ensure compliance with Agreement contractual obligations.
