Qualifications

• Between 8 – 10 years of relevant experience in facilities or operations management.
• Strong understanding of budgeting and financial review of expenditures.
• Ability to represent teams in developments, refurbishments, and extensions.

Responsibilities

• Devise operational strategies and lifecycle strategies for portfolio assets.
• Provide ongoing Operational Services and Building Services specialist advice.
• Manage projects initiated by core and oversee projects run by Centers.
