You will lead maintenance efforts, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure safe, efficient operations across building systems.

Responsibilities include conducting routine inspections, managing schedules, mentoring junior staff, coordinating with contractors, and upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in facilities maintenance or related field.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
