Qualifications

• Qualified HVAC Technician with trade certification (e.g., Refrigeration and Air Conditioning).
• Minimum of 7 years hands‑on experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage a team of HVAC technicians, providing technical guidance, training, and performance supervision.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of chillers, boilers, AHUs, and ventilation systems.
• Perform diagnostic assessments and troubleshoot complex HVAC system issues.
• Conduct regular preventative maintenance to ensure efficiency and longevity.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in Gauteng.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and action plans.
• Manage inventory of HVAC parts and equipment for service needs.
• Prepare detailed reports on maintenance activities, system performance, and repairs.
• Respond to emergency service calls and resolve HVAC failures promptly.
