Job summary

FIFTEEN WEST, part of the 11 Investments Group, is recruiting for a delivery-focused Recruiter role. You will lead search strategy, market mapping, candidate identification, and engagement for retained executive search projects, while also supporting market research and marketing initiatives across the business.

You will report to a Co-founder and collaborate with the leadership team to manage the research pipeline, promote collaboration, and showcase the research function’s impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in market mapping and talent identification for executive level roles.
• Ability to conduct qualification and screening calls with motivation and fit assessment.
• Strong written communication and ability to create marketing materials and project documentation.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead on market mapping, identifying target companies and talent ecosystems for each search.
• Use CRM to manage candidate conversations, records, and actions.
• Source and identify top-tier candidates using LinkedIn and databases.
• Conduct qualification calls to assess suitability, motivation, and fit.
• Support Consultants with live searches and shortlists.
• Conduct structured profiling interviews using the company framework.
• Lead or support market research and competitive intelligence projects.
• Create professional marketing documents and research summaries.
• Proactively generate client leads via CV profiling and conversations.
• Manage CV preparation and administrative duties.
