Job summary

Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is hiring in Johannesburg for a role overseeing the full lifecycle of large events—from contract signing to final close—and serving as the main contact among organizers and internal teams.

You will coordinate across departments to deliver on time, communicate product and process needs to HQ, create exhaustive Q&A for user support, and may be required on-site during launches.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a project management role or consulting background.
• Fluent English.
• Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Solution-focused with ability to plan and coordinate across departments.
• Able to build positive working relationships and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of large events from contract to close.
• Be the main contact between event organizers and internal teams.
• Coordinate across departments to deliver on time and to spec.
• Communicate product and process needs to HQ and engineering to consolidate requirements.
• Maintain exhaustive Q&A for user support and issue resolution.
• Ensure all documentation meets project goals and requirements; may require on-site presence.
