Job summary

Fever is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to own end-to-end lifecycle management of large events. You will coordinate between event organizers, product, engineering and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, comprehensive documentation, and successful launches.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and may be required on-site for launches and key moments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a project management role or consulting background.
• Fluent English, strong written and spoken communication.
• Excellent analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams and priorities.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and events.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle management of big events from contract to close.
• Be the main point of contact between event organizers and internal teams.
• Coordinate across departments to deliver requirements on time and in scope.
• Communicate product and process needs to HQ; work with product/engineering.
• Create and maintain exhaustive Q&A for user support.
• Ensure all documentation and approvals are in place for project goals.
• Occasionally be present on-site during launches or key dates.
