Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design innovative and seasonal menus, considering client preferences, dietary restrictions, and current culinary trends.
• Lead and manage the kitchen team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Oversee all food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure consistent quality, taste, and visual appeal.
• Manage kitchen inventory, including sourcing high-quality ingredients, controlling costs, and minimizing waste.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations, maintaining a spotless and organized kitchen environment.
• Collaborate with the Catering Manager and event planners to ensure seamless execution of all culinary aspects of events.
