• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in automotive systems engineering with EV focus.
• Experience with BMS, power electronics, motor control, charging tech.
• Strong vehicle electrical architectures and comms (CAN/LIN/Ethernet).

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and validation of automotive electrical systems for EVs (BMS, inverters, converters, charging).
• Define system requirements, specs, and architecture for EV powertrains.
• Conduct simulations, analysis and testing to meet performance and safety targets.
• Collaborate with mechanical, software, and testing engineers throughout product lifecycle.
• Develop and implement validation plans and testing procedures for electrical components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in EV powertrain integration and performance.
• Stay current with EV electrification tech and industry trends.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth.
• Prepare technical reports and stakeholder presentations.
