You will manage budgets, supervise the estate team, coordinate contractors and ensure safety and compliance across the site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of estate, facilities or related management experience.
• Strong knowledge of property maintenance and Health & Safety.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Financial and budget management capability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily estate operations, maintenance of clubhouse, kitchen, landscaping and irrigation.
• Lead resident relations and organize community activities.
• Manage budgets, expenditure and financial reporting.
• Lead, develop and supervise the estate team.
• Coordinate contractors and external service providers.
• Ensure Health & Safety, compliance and emergency preparedness.
• Provide accurate reporting and administration to senior management.
