Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a strategic Senior Project Manager to drive the implementation of enterprise-wide solutions in a fully remote role. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from concept through execution and post-implementation review, leading cross-functional teams across dispersed locations.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in project management, a track record delivering large-scale enterprise programs, and strong leadership, communication, and risk-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• MBA or PMP certification is a strong asset.
• Experience in project management and leading complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex enterprise projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, resource requirements, and timelines.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial targets are met.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing proactive mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication among project team members, sponsors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
