The role requires extensive experience in technology consulting, strong stakeholder management, and proven ability to manage delivery dependencies, risks and escalations within complex financial services environments.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in technology consulting, programme delivery or client engagement.
• Proven experience within large enterprise environments.
• Strong stakeholder and relationship management experience.
• Experience coordinating technology or digital delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery and digital transformation.
• Experience managing delivery dependencies, risks and escalations.
• Strong communication, reporting and organisational skills.
• Financial services, banking or insurance experience is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior point of coordination between the client and delivery teams.
• Support mobilisation and onboarding of specialist resources.
• Maintain alignment between delivery priorities, resources and programme objectives.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement across business, technology and governance functions.
• Support governance, reporting and escalation processes.
• Monitor delivery capacity, resource requirements and potential constraints.
• Facilitate timely escalation and resolution of delivery issues.
• Support continuity, knowledge transfer and resource transitions.
• Ensure assigned resources operate in accordance with enterprise standards and agreed delivery practices.
• Support overall service performance and delivery alignment.
