About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct functional, performance, environmental, and reliability testing of electrical systems.
• Analyze test data, identify root causes of failures, and generate comprehensive test reports.
• Collaborate with design and production engineers to resolve testing issues and improve product design.
• Ensure all testing activities comply with relevant industry standards (e.g., IEC, SANS) and company quality policies.
• Calibrate and maintain test equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical issues identified during testing phases.
• Mentor junior test engineers and provide technical guidance.

Requirements
