Placements24 is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Engineer to lead diverse electrical engineering projects from conception to completion. The role requires an on-site presence for site inspections, client meetings, and supervision, with some remote planning.

You will deliver complex electrical solutions for industrial and commercial clients, guiding the project team and ensuring quality, safety, and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project management and electrical engineering.
• Proven track record of delivering complex electrical projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of electrical engineering projects from planning to commissioning.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Lead and mentor project teams, coordinating with internal resources and external contractors.
• Conduct site assessments, inspections, and provide technical guidance during project execution.
• Ensure projects comply with electrical codes, safety regulations, and client specifications.
• Manage project risks, resolve issues, and maintain stakeholder communication.
