Job summary

Together Staffing group seeks a Senior Electrical BIM Modeller in Cape Town to lead modelling on complex building services projects. You will drive detailed BIM models and ensure high-quality electrical layouts and construction documentation.

You will collaborate with electrical engineers and multidisciplinary teams, coordinate clash detection, and enforce BIM standards across projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in electrical BIM modelling within a consulting space
• Proficient in BIM 360 and Revit MEP
• Experience modelling building services electrical systems (residential, retail, industrial, commercial)

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed electrical BIM models for building services projects
• Produce high-quality electrical layouts, schematics, and construction documentation
• Collaborate with electrical engineers and multidisciplinary design teams
• Coordinate models and assist with clash detection and BIM coordination
• Ensure all models comply with project BIM standards and protocols
