Qualifications

• Experience creating and implementing comprehensive content strategies for educational institutions or platforms.
• Strong understanding of curriculum design, instructional methodologies, and adult learning principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with governance and style-guide experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a long-term educational content strategy aligned with institutional objectives.
• Conduct market research and needs analyses to identify content opportunities and gaps.
• Oversee creation, curation, and QA of educational content across formats (digital, print, multimedia).
• Establish content standards, style guides, and best practices for consistency and engagement.

• Manage content lifecycle from planning to publishing, updating, and archiving.
