Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in early childhood education with at least 2 years in a program coordination/management role.
• Experience implementing and managing virtual or blended learning programs.
• Strong understanding of child development, curriculum design, and pedagogical approaches.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using educational technology, LMS, and virtual collaboration tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, with on-site activities in Centurion.
• Passion for quality early childhood education and innovative program delivery.
