About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and technically proficient Instructional Designer to join their fully remote team, focusing on developing engaging eLearning modules. This role is pivotal in translating educational and training content into effective online learning experiences. You will be responsible for the entire design and development lifecycle, from needs analysis and curriculum planning to content creation, storyboarding, and final production. Working collaboratively with subject matter experts and stakeholders, you will leverage your expertise in adult learning principles and multimedia development to create high-impact, accessible, and scalable online courses for a diverse audience, all within a flexible remote work structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging and effective eLearning courses, including interactive modules, simulations, and assessments, using various authoring tools.
• Conduct needs analyses and collaborate with subject matter experts to define learning objectives and content requirements.
• Create storyboards, scripts, and multimedia assets (graphics, audio, video) to support learning content.
• Implement adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
• Manage eLearning projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of eLearning programs and make data-driven improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Instructional Designer with a strong portfolio of developed eLearning courses.
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
• Solid understanding of learning theories, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and multimedia development.
• Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
