Placements24 is seeking a strategic E-commerce Manager to lead our online operations in Randburg. The role drives the overall e-commerce strategy, growth, and customer experience, overseeing website development, marketing, operations, and customer service.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in e-commerce management, strong leadership, and a track record of online sales growth. You will manage budgets and P&L, report insights, and guide the team toward high performance in Gauteng.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and online retail best practices.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and using insights to inform strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the online store, including website maintenance, product merchandising, and inventory management.
• Oversee all digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and affiliate programs.
• Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
