Job summary

Talent Shore is seeking a Senior E-Commerce Specialist in Johannesburg, South Africa. In this role, you will support the Director across the digital commerce stack, focusing on performance in paid media, conversion rate optimisation, and international e-commerce management.

With a strong background in e-commerce/DTC marketing and a proven ability to manage significant ad budgets, you will be instrumental in shaping the strategy of a fast-growing premium jewellery brand.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce/DTC marketing, ideally within fashion or jewellery.
• Proven track record managing paid campaigns with six-figure monthly budgets.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with structured testing programmes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads.
• Own the on-site conversion roadmap, identifying friction points and running tests.
• Manage lifecycle marketing via Klaviyo, driving revenue through personalisation.
