Responsibilities

• Assign projects to leads and monitor profitability.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations on site.
• Plan for human resource needs and address skill gaps.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to help secure new projects.
• Provide performance feedback to the CEO/COO.
• Guide project leads on payment claims and invoicing.
• Review quality assurance procedures and tenders before submission.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in the aluminum industry required and a background in mining is advantageous.
• PMP Certification with 15+ years in an Electrical/Automation project environment, OR
• Trade Test Certificate (Instrumentation or Electrical) with 15+ years of experience, OR
• National Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering with 15+ years of experience, OR
• BSc/BEng in Electrical/Electronic/Software Engineering with 12+ years of experience.
• ECSA registration is a plus.
