Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program in Cape Town, South Africa. This role requires travel within MEATR and the ability to engage with regional partners. The position emphasizes data-driven decision making, executive communication, and strong program management

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Own the recruitment funnel and partners with DSP candidates through all stages as they apply to launch and scale DSPs.
• Lead candidate outreach, vetting, and engagement to ensure high-quality applicants.
• Collaborate with Operations, Program Management and Compliance to identify and onboard qualified DSP owners.
• Build and maintain external relationships within business communities to source DSP talent.
