Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define last mile delivery strategies and priorities aligned with senior leadership, delivering tailored recommendations that improve cost, partner and customer experiences.
• Manage complex, cross-organizational account initiatives by identifying gaps between teams, processes, and plans, then driving clarity and resolution to keep projects on track.
• Analyze business metrics and economic trends to uncover growth opportunities, balancing short-term needs with long-term goals.
• Drive enhancements to standard operating procedures and playbooks, contributing to cadenced reporting and narratives presented to Directors and senior stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop fellow account managers through feedback and sharing best practices.
