Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Drilling Supervisor or similar leadership role in Oil & Gas.
• Proven expertise in drilling techniques, equipment, and related technologies.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices in drilling operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making under pressure.
• Ability to manage personnel effectively and foster a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily drilling operations, ensuring adherence to programs and safety procedures.
• Lead rig personnel and foster effective teamwork.
• Monitor performance, analyze data, and adjust for efficiency and safety.
• Oversee maintenance and operation of drilling equipment.
• Conduct pre-job safety meetings, risk assessments, and daily briefings.
• Manage inventory for drilling consumables and equipment.
• Prepare daily reports on progress, challenges, and safety observations.
• Serve as primary on-location liaison with company representatives.
