NTT DATA Inc. is remote-friendly and seeking a Senior Director Product Owner for Talent Growth to own the strategy, roadmap, and technology enablement for skills-driven career growth and internal mobility.

You will align talent strategy with skills data and workforce demand to deliver personalized growth opportunities and enhance skills visibility. The role leads the vision, roadmap, and MVPs for Talent Growth while collaborating with People & Culture, IT, Data, and architecture teams to scale

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, HR, IT, CS, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
Relevant certifications in Agile Product Ownership, Product Management, Scaled Agile, Design Thinking, HR Technology, Talent Management, Learning, Workforce Planning, or ITIL would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

Translate Talent Growth strategy into clear product outcomes, platform capabilities, and backlog priorities.
Own product vision, strategy, and lifecycle for Talent Growth across NTT DATA Inc.
Shape the technology roadmap to support a skills-driven organization.
Define how technology enables personalized growth opportunities: learning, career development, internal mobility, gigs, mentoring, and future role readiness.
Collaborate with People & Culture, Talent, Learning, Workforce Planning, IT, Data, Architecture, Change, and stakeholders to translate business needs into capabilities.
Connect market skills demand with workforce demand, employee skills profiles, and career opportunities into a coherent Talent Growth strategy.
Define and manage the product backlog with value, user experience, scalability, and feasibility in mind.
Define MVPs for Talent Growth capabilities to enable rapid validation and value realization.
Work with delivery teams, architects, platform owners, and vendors to translate requirements into features and increments.
Ensure Talent Growth enables better skills visibility, gap analysis, and personalised recommendations.
