Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Director of Product (Employer of Record) for a South Africa-based, fully remote role. You’ll own vision, strategy, and execution across regulatory, operational, and product experiences, leading a team of product leaders while collaborating with Engineering, Design, Operations, Legal, and Finance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience with a track record of outcomes.
• 5–7 years of leading and developing product managers.
• Experience in B2B, FinTech, HR tech, payroll, or regulated environments.
• Strong systems-thinking and first-principles problem solving.
• Proven ability to set product vision at business-unit level and align stakeholders.
• Leadership experience with coaching and managing change in evolving setups.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Fluent English and reliable home internet; comfortable with remote, asynchronous work.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall product vision, strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for the EOR offering.
• Lead end-to-end product performance and operational experiences beyond features.
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into scalable automated workflows.
• Balance investments across capabilities, tech debt, and customer needs.
• Develop Product Managers, elevating ownership and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Legal, and Finance on strategy.
• Establish an AI-first approach to discovery, prototyping, and learning.
• Shape broader product and company strategy as part of the senior leadership team.
