The ideal candidate has a Master's degree and 10+ years in architecture or tech consulting, with 5+ years in digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with a focus on digital technologies.
• 10+ years of experience in architectural practice or technology consulting, with at least 5 years dedicated to digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven track record in implementing BIM, digital workflows, and data-driven solutions in an AEC environment.
• In-depth knowledge of data architecture, cloud computing, and cybersecurity principles.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Professional registration with SACAP or a relevant technical body is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the firm's digital transformation strategy for architectural and engineering design.
• Lead the implementation and optimization of advanced digital tools and platforms, including BIM, VR/AR, and data analytics.
