Job summary

Switch Consultants is seeking a Senior Digital Strategy Planner in Durban to drive digital strategy within integrated brand and communication plans. You will translate lead agency strategies into actionable digital playbooks and campaign roadmaps.

The role requires 6–8 years of experience in digital and brand strategy, with strong data background and expertise across SEO, SEM, and SMM. You will lead strategic client workshops and help shape cross‑channel campaigns.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years experience in communication strategy and digital strategy.
• Strong data background and associated qualifications and certificates.
• Experience in digital, social & brand strategy and knowledge of how to leverage them to achieve marketing goals.
• Ability to communicate strategic recommendations to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Generate and lead all strategic and creative client workshops.
• Lead integrated, multi‑platform marketing campaigns.
