Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong campaign portfolio.
• Demonstrable experience in SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools: GA, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager; SEMrush/Ahrefs.
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience working with diverse clients or brands is a plus.
• Must be based in or willing to commute to Soweto, Gauteng for on-site work.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels (SEO, SEM, social, email, content).
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, social) to hit KPIs.
• Create engaging content for website, social, and newsletters.
• Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance with GA, SEMrush, analytics.
• Develop and manage email marketing strategies including segmentation and automation.
• Collaborate with design and dev teams to execute initiatives.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Manage vendor/partner relationships and strategic recommendations.
