Job summary

Stefanutti Stocks Inland is seeking a Senior Digital Delivery Coordinator to lead digital delivery processes across complex projects. You will oversee standards, model coordination, QA/QC and stakeholder collaboration to ensure seamless project delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in digital delivery with 2+ years in coordination, strong leadership, and experience in building/civil sectors. You will mentor junior staff and drive innovation, tools, and workflows in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital delivery with at least 2 years in a coordination role.
• Proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary digital coordination on large-scale projects.
• Experience in building/civil infrastructure sectors is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee integration of complex models across architecture, structural, MEP and civil disciplines.
• Lead development of 4D construction simulations and 5D cost integrations for planning and client discussions.
• Direct digital creation of temporary works and site establishment models to solve logistics challenges.
• Ensure adherence to BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and ISO 19650 standards.
• Oversee CDE processes and information management.
• Lead QA/QC checks for major deliverables to 100% standards compliance.
• Mentor modellers and interns in digital delivery tools and practices.
• Support rollout of new tools and workflows across teams.
• Act as main contact for senior design consultants and external providers on digital delivery issues.
• Represent digital delivery in project coordination meetings with clients.
• Develop formal training programs for site teams and interns.

Stefanutti Stocks Inland is seeking a Senior Digital Delivery Coordinator to lead digital delivery processes across complex projects. The role oversees digital standards, model coordination, quality assurance and stakeholder collaboration. Drive digital innovation, implement strategy and mentor junior team members while ensuring seamless project delivery.

Job Objectives/Key Performance Areas

Strategic/Financial:

• Support the Digital Delivery Manager in researching, developing and implementing new digital technologies to drive innovation and efficiency across multiple business units.
• Identify opportunities for improving efficiency, reducing risk, and lowering costs through digital methods.

Operational:

• Oversee the integration of highly complex models across architecture, structural, MEP, and civil disciplines to ensure a seamless federated model.
• Lead the creation of advanced 4D construction simulations and 5D cost integrations to support high-stakes planning, sequencing, and client negotiations
• Lead the digital creation of temporary works and site establishment models, ensuring they solve critical logistical challenges before site execution
• Ensure adherence to BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and international standards (e.g., ISO 19650).
• Oversee Common Data Environment (CDE) processes and ensure proper information management.
• Lead digital quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) checks for major project deliverables, ensuring 100% compliance with industry standards
• Mentor and train modellers and interns on digital delivery software and practices
• Support digital innovation and rollout of new tools and workflows

Stakeholders (internal & external customers, suppliers, shareholders, communities):

• Act as the primary point of contact for senior design consultants, external service providers, and contract managers regarding high-level digital delivery disputes or integration issues
• Represent digital delivery at project coordination and client meetings when required.

Employees:

• Design and lead formal training programs for site teams, modellers, and interns to ensure the effective adoption of digital tools.
• Promote a culture of digital excellence, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
• Assist the Digital Delivery Manager in resource allocation, overseeing the output and professional growth of interns, coordinators and modellers

Qualifications:

Formal Qualifications:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Information Technology, or related field.

On-the-job training/Qualifications:

• BIM/digital standards certification (ISO 19650, Autodesk BIM certifications) preferred.
• Training in project management or leadership advantageous.

Specific Licensing or Registration:

• Professional registration with ECSA/SACAP/RICS (or equivalent) advantageous but not mandatory.

Experience

Main Functional Experience

• 5+ years’ experience in digital delivery, with at least 2 years in a coordination role.
• Proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary digital coordination on large-scale projects.

• Strong exposure to project management, design, and construction delivery.
