Qualifications

• Bachelor's or B.Tech degree in civil or mechanical engineering is essential.
• Experience with BIM platforms and 3D modelling is required.
• Proven ability to lead digital delivery initiatives and QA/QC.

Responsibilities

• Manage and create BIM platform project folders across multiple projects.
• Perform quality assurance and quality control on models and drawings.
• Facilitate meetings to review coordinated models and address information issues.
• Train site teams on BIM platform management and data transfer workflows.
• Ensure handover readiness with correct data transfer at project stages.
