Job summary

Old Mutual Limited is seeking a seasoned cloud & DevSecOps leader to design and deliver secure AWS platforms across the SDLC. You will enable .NET teams, drive EKS containerisation, and embed security-by-design with automated governance at scale.

The role requires hands-on AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD leadership, plus experience with IaC and vulnerability management. Collaboration across security, architecture, and operations is essential for reliable, secure services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• DevSecOps or advanced security certification preferred.
• 6+ years in DevOps/cloud/platform engineering, with leadership experience.
• Hands-on modernising and containerising apps for Amazon EKS including security and observability.

Responsibilities

• Design, provision, secure, and operate AWS environments from foundation to production.
• Lead EKS containerisation and migration of apps with secure SDLC practices.
• Define cluster architecture, ingress, autoscaling, and disaster recovery.
• Design secure CI/CD pipelines and automate security/testing across stacks.
• Oversee vulnerability management, observability, and incident response.
