Job summary

Elite Search is seeking an experienced DevOps/Cloud Engineer to support cloud-native AI apps across AWS and Azure with on-prem as needed. You will troubleshoot Docker/Kubernetes workloads, investigate production issues, and collaborate on client deployments and CI/CD activities.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in DevOps or platform support, strong Linux fundamentals, and exposure to Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD, Helm, and monitoring stacks. Standby readiness is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years' experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering or Platform Support.
• Hands-on production cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure) experience.
• Kubernetes (EKS/AKS) and Docker proficiency.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
• Strong Linux and networking fundamentals.
• Exposure to enterprise tooling like Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD, Helm.

Job description

What you'll be doing

• Supporting cloud-native AI applications deployed across AWS and Azure environments as well as some on-prem.
• Troubleshooting Docker containers and Kubernetes workloads.
• Investigating production issues using logs, metrics, dashboards and monitoring tools.
• Working closely with engineering teams during client implementations, platform deployments and solution roll-outs.
• Supporting CI/CD pipelines, release activities and deployment automation.
• Monitoring platform performance, reliability and availability.
• Assisting with incident response, root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Building strong technical relationships with customers and becoming a trusted technical advisor.
• Contributing to documentation, operational runbooks and support best practices.

• Strong hands-on experience supporting production cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure)
• Proven experience working with Kubernetes (EKS and/or AKS) and Docker
• Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes
• Strong Linux and networking fundamentals
• Experience working in environments involving incident response, root cause analysis, and production troubleshooting
• Exposure to enterprise-scale tooling such as Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD, Helm, or similar
• Experience interacting with technical stakeholders or customers in a support or delivery capacity
• Python experience a plus
• Willing to do standby
