Job summary

Mintek Pty Ltd. in Randburg seeks a Senior Debtors Controller for a 6-month contract to manage and control debtor accounts and ensure timely collection.

You will load new customers on IFS, maintain credit limits and perform month-end analyses in line with policy, risk controls and reporting requirements. The role requires 3–5 years debt management experience with 1–2 years as a Debtors Controller and familiarity with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Ideal: understanding of financial ERP systems such as IFS

Responsibilities

• Manage and control Mintek's debtor accounts ensuring timely collection and accurate customer account administration.
• Review debtor master data, credit limits and account status and load new customers on IFS with correct fields.
• Maintain customer credit limits and adjust where terms are not met.
• Perform month-end debtors close and prepare related reports.
• Coordinate with departments and external parties to resolve disputes and ensure proper documentation.
