Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist with a strong track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, experimental design, and data mining techniques.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment.
