The role requires a master's or PhD in a quantitative field and 3+ years of experience, with strong Python or R skills, SQL, and data visualization expertise. Collaboration across business units is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics.
• 3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related analytical role.
• Proficiency in Python or R and libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Strong experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement statistical models and ML algorithms to analyze large datasets.
• Design and execute A/B tests and other experiments to validate hypotheses.
• Clean, transform, and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and readiness for analysis.
• Visualize data and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
