Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in data science, with a strong focus on AI/ML application development.
• Expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, deep learning), and experimental design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of sophisticated machine learning models for various applications, including predictive modeling, anomaly detection, and NLP.
• Extract, clean, and transform large, complex datasets from diverse sources.
• Develop and implement data mining strategies to identify valuable insights and patterns.
• Perform rigorous statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy machine learning models into production environments.
• Evaluate and validate model performance, iterating to improve accuracy and robustness.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and developments in data science, ML, and AI.
• Mentor junior data scientists and share knowledge within the team.
