Job summary

PwC's South African Technology & Innovation Centre (SATIC) invites ambitious individuals to join our Data Engineering and Migration team. You will deliver data solutions across multiple sectors, with access to PwC's global network and latest training tools.

The role requires 3–5 years in technology/data programmes, strong Python/SQL skills, and hands-on ERP/CRM/HR system experience (Sage, Workday, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce). Hybrid work after training, with travel worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Data or Technology.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in technology and data programmes e.g. ERP data migrations.
• Strong experience and/or certifications in Python or SQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms and ERP/CRM/HR systems (e.g., Sage, Workday, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce).
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication in English and willingness to travel worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Deliver data solutions across sectors as part of PwC's Data Engineering and Migration team.
• Create and review client deliverables, from executive reports to detailed design documentation, and develop data scripts.
• Coordinate with clients and cross-regional teams to migrate data and resolve data issues.
• Stay current with data trends and AI to enhance project impact.
