Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, Data or Technology
• 6-10 years of experience in technology and data programmes e.g. ERP data migrations
• Experience in managing and mentoring technical teams with ability to lead multiple projects
• Strong experience with Python and SQL, cloud platforms, and deployment tools
• Hands-on experience with ERP/CRM/HR systems such as Sage, Workday, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce
• Proficient MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Fluent in English; willingness to travel worldwide

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery with clients, report to seniors, and coach junior staff
• Create and review client deliverables from executive reports to design documents and developing data scripts
• Identify migration requirements, execute migration cycles, and ensure consistent migration approaches
• Collaborate with clients to resolve data issues and maintain data assets such as PwC Data Migration Suite
• Collaborate across regions and competencies to deliver high-value data solutions and travel as needed
