Qualifications

• Honours or Bachelor’s degree in analytics, STEM or related field with required experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, STEM or related field with 8+ years’ experience.
• Solid experience in data analysis, ideally within banking or financial services.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python and R; Tableau or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Transform complex data into actionable insights that support business strategy and performance
• Lead and contribute to end-to-end data analysis initiatives with measurable business impact
• Analyse large, complex datasets using advanced analytical tools and techniques
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and data requirements
• Build clear, intuitive dashboards and reports for decision-makers
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities across products, processes and customer journeys
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Apply your understanding of financial products, business processes and industry context to your analysis
