Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions seeks a Senior Data Engineer, Marketing & Analytics, to design and own data pipelines powering digital reporting and product analytics for tier-one clients. You will shape data strategy, ensure high-quality data, and enable AI/ML workflows.

You will work with a modern stack (GCP, Snowflake, Matillion, Rudderstack) and partner with analytics, data science, and client teams to deliver insights and robust data to Amplitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years engineering experience with data platforms and analytics.
• Strong client-facing skills and experience with enterprise clients.
• Deep knowledge of GCP, Snowflake, ETL/ELT tooling, and data modeling.
• Experience with Amplitude, Tableau/Power BI, and data governance basics.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable data pipelines on GCP and Snowflake and define data strategy.
• Lead ETL/ELT development with Matillion and GCP services.
• Ingest, transform, and model data for analytics and AI applications.
• Collaborate with analytics, data science, and client teams to deliver insights.
• Mentor engineers and drive CI/CD and data automation initiatives.
